The more I learned about how agencies actually operate, the more one thing kept jumping out: the first few hours of every Monday were a write-off. Someone spent them logging into Google Ads, exporting to a spreadsheet, opening Meta, exporting again, doing the math by hand, and writing a summary email to each client. Same steps. Every week. NarrateIQ is in early access. The pipeline is built and fully functional: real Google Ads and Meta Ads data, real AI-written reports, Channel Health Scores, agency pre-alerts, on-demand triggers. Not mockups, not roadmap items. Live features.

The pipeline is real and functional
Google Ads and Meta Ads integrations work via official APIs. Reports are generated by Claude AI and delivered by SendGrid. Channel Health Scores, agency pre-alerts, and recommended actions are all live, not roadmap items.
Read-only access. We cannot touch your campaigns.
NarrateIQ connects via read-only API permissions. We pull performance data (spend, clicks, CPA, CTR) and nothing else. We can never pause, edit, or modify any campaign.
One person runs this. Every onboarding is handled by the founder directly.
There's no support queue or ticket system. If something is wrong, you email me and I fix it. That's the arrangement, and I think it's an advantage, not a limitation. Report generation and delivery itself doesn't depend on me being available week to week: the pipeline runs on a schedule, pulls data, writes the report, and sends it automatically. If I'm unreachable for a stretch, your Monday reports still go out.
Early access means direct input on what gets built.
Early clients get direct founder access and a real say in the product roadmap. If a feature matters to your agency, tell me. It gets prioritized, not filed in a backlog.
Reports are grounded in real numbers, and you review before your clients do.
The AI analyzes actual metric data pulled from official APIs and writes in plain English. During onboarding, I calibrate tone and format with you before anything goes to a real client. You get a copy of every report before your client does, for as long as you want to keep reviewing them.
