By accessing or using NarrateIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
NarrateIQ is an automated reporting platform that connects to advertising APIs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) to retrieve performance data and generate AI-written narrative reports delivered via email. The Service is provided to marketing agencies and their authorized representatives.
NarrateIQ retrieves only read-only campaign performance metrics. We do not create, modify, pause, enable, or delete any advertising entities on your behalf.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
NarrateIQ reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to grant NarrateIQ read-only access to the advertising accounts you connect. You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions from your clients have been obtained prior to connecting their accounts.
NarrateIQ accesses advertising account data solely to generate reports as described in these Terms and does not use your data for any other purpose, including training AI models or sharing with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
Reports generated by NarrateIQ use artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, marketing, or legal advice. NarrateIQ makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for independently verifying all information before making business decisions based on report content. AI-generated narratives may contain errors or omissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NarrateIQ's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
NarrateIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, even if NarrateIQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the close of the current billing period. NarrateIQ may terminate or suspend access immediately and without notice for material violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia.
