NarrateIQ collects the minimum data necessary to provide the Service. Here is exactly what we collect and why:

We do not collect personally identifiable information about your ad audiences, your clients' end customers, or any data beyond campaign-level performance metrics.
We use the data we collect exclusively to generate and deliver your weekly performance reports. We do not sell, rent, share, or use your data to train AI models. Your advertising data is yours.
NarrateIQ uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data:

Advertising performance data is retained for up to 14 days for week-over-week comparison purposes, then permanently deleted from our systems. Report documents are retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, report data is deleted within 30 days.
All API credentials and access tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables and are never exposed in source code, logs, or third-party systems. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. We do not store OAuth tokens beyond what is necessary for scheduled report generation.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at nick@narrate-iq.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also revoke NarrateIQ's access to your advertising accounts at any time directly through your Google Ads or Meta Business Manager settings.
